Processing and delivery times.

Our aim is to get your item to you as soon as possible, we work on a 1-3 day processing time.

We have two delivery options for you to choose from..

Standard delivery 2-4 days

Express delivery 1-2 days

We only use Royal Mail tracked for all our shipping.

Once you place your order with us you will receive an email of order confirmation, after your order has been processed you will then receive a dispatch email with your tracking number so you are able to track your parcel once it has been dispatched by us.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not refund “missing parcels”
